These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and SwaraConnects ("Vedic AI", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Vedic AI mobile application and website (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, immediately stop using the Service.

- You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
- You must be 18 years or above to purchase subscriptions
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information

Google Play Billing: All subscription payments are processed securely through Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled via Google Play Store. Prices shown are in INR and include applicable taxes.
5. Subscription Management
To cancel your subscription:
- Open Google Play Store on your Android device
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
- Select Subscriptions
- Find Vedic AI and tap Cancel subscription
Important: After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided. This is a digital product and all sales are final.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or illegal purpose
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data
- Resell or redistribute the Service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use automated systems to access the Service
7. Intellectual Property
- The Vedic AI name, logo, AI models, and Shastra knowledge base are our proprietary assets
- Readings generated are for personal use only
- Commercial redistribution is prohibited
- You shall not remove or alter any proprietary notices
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Predictions will be accurate or reliable
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Results will be satisfactory to you
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for third-party services (Google Play, Google Cloud, etc.)
- We are not liable for any emotional distress from predictions
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Breach any clause of these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Initiate excessive chargebacks
- Provide false information
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
