No Refunds - Digital Product
Vedic AI is a digital product. All subscription purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you subscribe, you receive immediate access to premium features. Like other digital services (YouTube Premium, Spotify, Netflix, etc.), we do not provide refunds for subscription purchases.
1. Understanding Your Purchase
When you subscribe to Vedic AI through Google Play:
- You gain immediate access to premium features
- Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel
- You can cancel anytime via Google Play Store
- No refunds are provided for any reason
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play:
- Open Google Play Store on your Android device
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find Vedic AI and tap on it
- Tap Cancel subscription and confirm
After Cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No future charges will be made
- You will revert to Free tier after the period ends
- Your reading history is preserved
3. No Refunds Policy
As a digital product with immediate feature access, we do NOT provide refunds for:
- Any subscription purchase (monthly or annual)
- Unused time or partial periods
- Dissatisfaction with predictions or readings
- Change of mind after purchase
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Not using the app during subscription period
- Price reductions after your purchase
4. Why No Refunds?
Vedic AI is a digital service similar to YouTube Premium, Spotify, Netflix, and other subscription services. Here's why we don't offer refunds:
- Immediate Access: Premium features are unlocked instantly upon subscription
- Digital Nature: Our AI readings are generated and consumed immediately
- Service Costs: We incur costs for AI processing, servers, and development
- Industry Standard: This policy follows standard digital subscription practices
5. Try Before You Subscribe
We want you to be confident in your purchase. That's why:
- Free tier available: Try basic features for free before subscribing
- Clear pricing: All features and limitations are clearly listed
- Start with monthly: Try monthly first before committing to annual
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing your subscription:
- Ensure you're signed in with the same Google account used for purchase
- Try restarting the app
- Check your subscription status in Google Play Store
- Contact us at founder@vedicai.online for assistance
We will help resolve any technical issues preventing access to your subscription, but this does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Google Play Policies
All subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Google may have their own refund policies for certain situations. Any refund requests should be directed to Google Play support, not to us. We do not control or process refunds - Google handles all payment and refund matters.
